He was honest about our deal, provided solid deadlines, communicated succinctly, never xx’ed us. Honestly? Probably 1 of the best experiences with a dealership in quite some time. I've never had a better, smoother, more pleasant experience at a car dealership than I just had at Prestige Hyundai. Our agent, Dave Winnie, was very attentive, pleasant, and knowledgable. He guided us through things without being overly pushy, which we all know can happen at car dealerships and we all hate. He gave us an A+ experience, and I'd happily work with him again. Also, the overall vibe at Prestige is just good in a way that I didn't appreciate until we were at our old car dealership turning in our previous vehicle. The difference in attentiveness and positive energy between the two places was stark. Everyone at Prestige seemed to be genuinely enjoying their work and passionate about serving their customers. Plus, we love our new Tuscon Hybrid! 10/10 for us.

I first met Dave Winnie in person when I came in to see a used car. He got the car and we went for a test. I then saw a new car and asked about a lease. There was no pressure what-so-ever. Took that for a test and fell in love with the ride. Dave explained all the details in my terms and answered ALL of my questions. He corrected all my contact info and step by step cos, and he was available for that and returned calls. He sent links to all what I needed. I am so happy with the lease and love the car. Dave is an excellent sales person and I am sure they are pleased to have him.

A few months ago purchased a new Tuscan, and I love it. Brandon H. was very knowledgeable and helped with all our questions.

We found our salesperson, Jennifer Gallgher to be patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. Didn’t feel pressured.

Horrible experience. They swore up and down they could get me a specific car by Friday, which was a firm deadline by which I needed the vehicle. "200% sure we can get the car." Only to be told Tuesday they couldn't. And to add insult to injury David the sales consultant tried to gaslight me over the phone and claimed he never said that to me when that was the ONLY reason I planned to go ahead with the deal. Unless the exact car you want is physically on their lot and you can see it with your own two eyes do not trust their promises unless you want to be left in the lurch.

Don't bring your vehicle here for service unless you have 2–3 hours of your life to waste. They are chronically understaffed and appointment times mean nothing.

This was our last visit to this service department. Last summer they had my husband’s car for 3+ weeks for a part that was then broken when they attempted to install it and needed to be reordered. Very little communication from them on a timeline - we only got updates when we called and asked. Then more recently I had a flat tire. Had it towed, and was informed it would be 2-3 weeks for a tire. Zero apology, just “that’s what it is”. Searched for the tire myself and found it could be delivered within the week; only then was I told they too could find the tire sooner. Still had to pay the full rental cost. And this is how my brand new tire was left on the car. Couldn’t even clean it up? It’s not negligent service, but zero attempts to problem solve or actually assist the customer. It feels much more like “well you’re in a pinch and this is just what it is. Sorry not sorry.”
