Only to be told Tuesday they couldn't. And to add insult to injury David the sales consultant tried to gaslight me over the phone and claimed he never said that to me when that was the ONLY reason I planned to go ahead with the deal. Unless the exact car you want is physically on their lot and you can see it with your own two eyes do not trust their promises unless you want to be left in the lurch. ”

“ This was our last visit to this service department. Last summer they had my husband’s car for 3+ weeks for a part that was then broken when they attempted to install it and needed to be reordered. Very little communication from them on a timeline - we only got updates when we called and asked. Then more recently I had a flat tire. Had it towed, and was informed it would be 2-3 weeks for a tire. Zero apology, just “that’s what it is”. Searched for the tire myself and found it could be delivered within the week; only then was I told they too could find the tire sooner. Still had to pay the full rental cost. And this is how my brand new tire was left on the car. Couldn’t even clean it up? It’s not negligent service, but zero attempts to problem solve or actually assist the customer. It feels much more like “well you’re in a pinch and this is just what it is. Sorry not sorry.” ”
