And this is how my brand new tire was left on the car. Couldn’t even clean it up? It’s not negligent service, but zero attempts to problem solve or actually assist the customer. It feels much more like “well you’re in a pinch and this is just what it is. Sorry not sorry.” ”

I However, I subsequently had a difficult time getting information from Brandon and later from the finance manager, Amy. Many texts or calls were unanswered. I decided to back out of the deal. On 1/20, I texted Brandon about my decision and requested information regarding return of the deposit. When that text was unanswered, I texted him again. And I’ve been texting every day, sometimes twice a day, from January 21, including today. Similarly, there was no response from Amy. I had left three voice messages and have not heard back. Our disappointment notwithstanding, as of noon today, I’ve still not received the $500.00 deposit return. ”
