“ This was our last visit to this service department. Last summer they had my husband’s car for 3+ weeks for a part that was then broken when they attempted to install it and needed to be reordered. Very little communication from them on a timeline - we only got updates when we called and asked. Then more recently I had a flat tire. Had it towed, and was informed it would be 2-3 weeks for a tire. Zero apology, just “that’s what it is”. Searched for the tire myself and found it could be delivered within the week; only then was I told they too could find the tire sooner. Still had to pay the full rental cost. And this is how my brand new tire was left on the car. Couldn’t even clean it up? It’s not negligent service, but zero attempts to problem solve or actually assist the customer. It feels much more like “well you’re in a pinch and this is just what it is. Sorry not sorry.” ”

“ I put a $500.00 deposit down on a used vehicle and proceeded with purchasing. I However, I subsequently had a difficult time getting information from Brandon and later from the finance manager, Amy. Many texts or calls were unanswered. I decided to back out of the deal. On 1/20, I texted Brandon about my decision and requested information regarding return of the deposit. When that text was unanswered, I texted him again. And I’ve been texting every day, sometimes twice a day, from January 21, including today. Similarly, there was no response from Amy. I had left three voice messages and have not heard back. Our disappointment notwithstanding, as of noon today, I’ve still not received the $500.00 deposit return. ”

No one can fix my problem (connection to my utility company for off-peak charging). No one even tries. Don't bother getting a Hyundai or using Prestige Hyundai. Responding to the owner...I did get the app on my phone. My wife did lease from Prestige Hyundai 4/25. I don't know the sales reps name. Hyundai still hasn't been any help. They can call either one of us (just check your records). ”
“ Truly horrific experience with Prestige Hyundai Service. I will be driving to Albany for service from now on. They bait-and-switched me on a repair estimate. Even after I reluctantly agreed to the higher cost, they refused to provide a loaner and then completely collapsed on communication and scheduling. On Tuesday morning, I was told the parts would arrive within two days and that the repair itself would take about two hours. Because I live about an hour away and was told it would only be a two-day turnaround, I left my car with them. Despite this, I was unable to reach anyone on Thursday after multiple calls and emails. On Friday, I again called and emailed—still no response—until I finally stated in an email that I would file a police report if I didn’t receive an update. Only then did someone call me back, telling me the parts were in, but they “couldn’t get to the repair” on Friday. Now it’s Saturday, and I’ve just been left a voicemail that they can’t do the repair today either. This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is astonishing. Avoid this service department like the plague. ”
