I However, I subsequently had a difficult time getting information from Brandon and later from the finance manager, Amy. Many texts or calls were unanswered. I decided to back out of the deal. On 1/20, I texted Brandon about my decision and requested information regarding return of the deposit. When that text was unanswered, I texted him again. And I’ve been texting every day, sometimes twice a day, from January 21, including today. Similarly, there was no response from Amy. I had left three voice messages and have not heard back. “ Truly horrific experience with Prestige Hyundai Service. I will be driving to Albany for service from now on. They bait-and-switched me on a repair estimate. Even after I reluctantly agreed to the higher cost, they refused to provide a loaner and then completely collapsed on communication and scheduling. On Tuesday morning, I was told the parts would arrive within two days and that the repair itself would take about two hours. Because I live about an hour away and was told it would only be a two-day turnaround, I left my car with them. Despite this, I was unable to reach anyone on Thursday after multiple calls and emails. On Friday, I again called and emailed—still no response—until I finally stated in an email that I would file a police report if I didn’t receive an update. Only then did someone call me back, telling me the parts were in, but they “couldn’t get to the repair” on Friday. Now it’s Saturday, and I’ve just been left a voicemail that they can’t do the repair today either. This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is astonishing. Avoid this service department like the plague. ”

“ Don't take your car here if you care about your wheels or suspension, or if your car rides low. All the work I've had here went well until last time I got my car back with a cracked wheel. It took me a couple days to get it checked out, called up the dealership and told him I wasn't coming after them for money or anything, I just wanted to talk about it, I never heard back. I'm quite certain it was them because their parking lot is absolutely filled with craters, and my wheel wasnt cracked before I brought it in. I bought a new wheel no problem, I wasn't going to ask them to pay for it, I just wanted to mention maybe fixing the parking lot would be a good idea ”
“ I run a taxi business in the area. I really wanted to establish a good relationship with my local dealership off the bat when looking for my 2024 Hyundai Kona EV (preferred business vehicle.) When I came to them looking to buy the kona in my business name, the manager said "that's too much paperwork" and tried to convince me to get it under my personal name (it's imperative for business vehicles that they are bought under the business name, not the personal name, and prestige hyundai knew this but did not care.) Ended up buying the kona under my business name in queens (in a way better color and price than what prestige offered.) Then reached out about a warranty today. The person in finance was wonderful. The person she transfered me to (J Decker) should not be in a customer facing role. He was argumentative, dismissive of my questions and concerns, and his attitude made it hard to get the result I wanted: his email so I could forward him something that may answer my questions. In general, I hope this branch gets better with customer service (I will be going back and I hope to update this review with positive news and experiences after my visit.) Edit after their response: This branch is wild. I bought my car outright from South Shore Hyundai in Queens, NY, in the name of my business with a proper cashiers check from the bank (the same one Prestige Hyundai could have accepted of the sales team didn't brush me off.) There were never money problems (if you checked my parents linkedin this accusation is genuinely hilarious.) If you check the other one star reviews, it's very clear to tell that the sales team here is lazy and does not have the ability to self evaluate and self improve. When faced with situations they created they lie and make up stories instead of looking in the mirror, apologizing, and moving on. It is sad. ”

2. Surround View Monitor (SVM) is a parking support system. SVM cannot completely eliminate blind spots, may not detect every object and does not warn of moving objects. Always check surroundings before moving vehicle. See Owner's Manual for further details and limitations.
3. Blind-Spot View Monitor (BVM) assists driver in changing lanes by providing a live view of the blind spots on either side of the vehicle and an audible alert if another vehicle is detected. Turn signal must be activated and other system limitations apply. Do not rely exclusively on BVM. It is the driver's responsiblity to be aware of the surroundings and ensure it is clear before changing lanes or directions. See Owner's Manual for further details and limitations.
4. Lane Following Assist (LFA) helps keep the vehicle centered in its lane only when the lane markings are clearly visible on the road. Lane Following Assist will not work under all circumstances and will not prevent loss of control.
