Searched for the tire myself and found it could be delivered within the week; only then was I told they too could find the tire sooner. Still had to pay the full rental cost. And this is how my brand new tire was left on the car. Couldn’t even clean it up? It’s not negligent service, but zero attempts to problem solve or actually assist the customer. It feels much more like “well you’re in a pinch and this is just what it is. Sorry not sorry.” ”
