I received your note pointing out that two years have gone by since I purchased my 2nd Hyundai from you. You should know that you have a VERY SATISFIED customer. The service team has consistently done an outstanding job providing the required service and the few repairs that have been necessary. We had a great experience at Prestige Toyota in Kingston. We were looking for a used RAV4 and were not pressured to look at anything other than what we were interested in. Josh took us around to the cars and was a great salesman -- helpful, courteous, responsive. Later we decided, completely on our own initiative, to get an even newer RAV4 than the one we initially looked at and Josh & co. were again very helpful without putting pressure on us at all. We felt like we were "in the driver's seat" the whole time, not overly managed at all, just the right amount. George did the actual paperwork side and was also very helpful and courteous. Overall, a great experience and we are very happy with our purchase. Will rate the service department once we have experience with it.
 

I did my research - and had a list of dealers to visit. Those guys were on top of my list do to pricing and their very quick no nonsense response to a AutoTrader inquiry.


I found Prestige on Edmunds when I expanded my search area. Prestige prices were well below any other dealer, and they were well below the Edmunds True Market Value prices as well. It was clear that because their prices were so low, there would not be much haggling or "going to ask my manager".


We just purchased a used 2009 Sienna Van and we were very happy with the whole experience ! I happened to be at the dealership one day and one particular used white van had caught my eye. I went to get some information about it and was met by Robert Rolleri. He was very happy, helpful and not pushy. Within the days to follow, our visits to the dealership were informative and relaxing. Robert was very patient with all of my questions ! In fact, other sales staff were helpful too. They nicely directed us where to find coffee and tea and of course, restrooms !
 

Our overall experience was great. We truly enjoyed working with Rob. In my opinion, he was not only professional, but honest. The purchase of a vehicle is a big deal for us, because it is a big investment. I would never have wanted to meet someone who made me feel that he/she was just out to make a sale. Thank you, Rob.
